Return/Exchange Policy


Our policy lasts 10 days for shipped orders(from delivery date).
To be eligible for returns or exchanges your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (Including THEEGIRL Tags). It must also be in the original packaging. Before sending back any items, please email:THEEGIRL@HOTMAIL.COM including name, contact info, date received, and the reason for exchange/return. Notification must be made within two(2) days of receiving item(s). To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package was delivered and no typo was made from our part, we are not responsible for that package either.

Gift cards

All exchanges are final sale. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

To return your product, you should ship your product to the following address provided in the email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
